Moc dob\u0159e jsem si uv\u011bdomoval, jak z\u00e1sadn\u00ed roli hraj\u00ed svaly v lidsk\u00e9m t\u011ble, kter\u00e9 z\u00e1rove\u0148 udr\u017euj\u00ed v p\u0159irozen\u00e9 poloze p\u00e1te\u0159 a tak\u00e9 klouby v\u0161ech kon\u010detin. Sv\u016fj \u017eivotn\u00ed styl, v n\u011bm\u017e hraje d\u016fle\u017eitou roli zdrav\u00e1 v\u00fd\u017eiva a vhodn\u00fd pohyb, si udr\u017euji dodnes a d\u00edky tomu se mi vyh\u00fdbaj\u00ed civiliza\u010dn\u00ed probl\u00e9my.Tot\u00e9\u017e ale nemohu \u0159\u00edci o mnoha lidech, s nimi\u017e jsem se v \u017eivot\u011b potkal. Mnoz\u00ed z nich si st\u011b\u017euj\u00ed na bolesti zad v bedern\u00ed i kr\u010dn\u00ed oblasti a jednou z p\u0159\u00ed\u010din tohoto neut\u011b\u0161en\u00e9ho stavu je sedav\u00e9 zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed, p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 \u010dast\u00e9 je\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed autem, vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00fdtahu nam\u00edsto schodi\u0161t\u011b a tr\u00e1ven\u00ed mnoha hodin v k\u0159esle sedac\u00ed soupravy. Bolesti zad \u010dasto kr\u00e1t za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00ed pr\u00e1v\u011b tam, kde lid\u00e9 postr\u00e1daj\u00ed pohyb a za\u010dnou leniv\u011bt. Domn\u00edvaj\u00ed se, \u017ee sou\u010dasn\u00fd technick\u00fd pokrok za n\u011b vy\u0159e\u0161\u00ed ve\u0161ker\u00e9 starosti, a \u017ee mohou techniku u\u017e\u00edvat tak, \u017ee si u\u0161et\u0159\u00ed mnoho n\u00e1mahy.Lidsk\u00e9 t\u011blo je ale stvo\u0159eno pro pohyb, svaly nem\u00e1me jen pro par\u00e1du a m\u016f\u017eete si tuto skute\u010dnost ov\u011b\u0159it i na DVD svaly, kde si zobraz\u00edte detailn\u00ed popis stovky sval\u016f v lidsk\u00e9m t\u011ble. A m\u00e1te-li probl\u00e9my s bolestmi zad, mohla by v\u00e1m b\u00fdt n\u00e1pomocn\u00e1 pro rehabilita\u010dn\u00ed cviky na bedern\u00ed p\u00e1te\u0159 https:\/\/www.spiralstabilization.com\/cviceni\/ i metoda Spir\u00e1ln\u00ed stabilizace, kterou ji\u017e v roce 1979 p\u0159inesl sv\u011btu MUDr. Sm\u00ed\u0161ek.
