V\u00fdrobci turb\u00edn pro jadern\u00e9 provozy jsou v\u00a0r\u00e1mci Evropy jen ve Finsku a Velk\u00e9 Brit\u00e1nii, a tak se Plze\u0148 mohla \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u011b zhostit projektu na renovaci turb\u00edn pro temel\u00ednsk\u00fd elektroagreg\u00e1t. \u00a0P\u0159itom samotn\u00fd b\u011bh jadern\u00e9ho bloku ohro\u017een nebyl, kv\u016fli v\u00fdm\u011bn\u011b turb\u00edny nen\u00ed t\u0159eba zasahovat do k\u0159ehk\u00e9ho \u00fastroj\u00ed samotn\u00e9ho reaktoru. Dnes tedy temel\u00ednsk\u00e1 elektr\u00e1rna produkuje v\u00a0jednom bloku d\u00edky nov\u00e9 plze\u0148sk\u00e9 turb\u00edn\u011b o 85 MW elekt\u0159iny v\u00edce, ne\u017e v\u00a0p\u0159edchoz\u00edch letech.\tV\u00fdroba se prov\u00e1d\u00ed na CNC stroj\u00edchRotory turb\u00edn, kter\u00e9 jsou ve fin\u00e1le osazeny stovkami lopatkov\u00fdch tvarovan\u00fdch d\u00edlc\u016f, vyr\u00e1b\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161inou CNC stroje. Lid\u00e9 dnes neobr\u00e1b\u00ed nic ru\u010dn\u011b, jak tomu bylo p\u0159ed mnoha lety. Pov\u011b\u0159en\u00fd pracovn\u00edk jen \u0159\u00edd\u00ed a monitoruje samotn\u00fd CNC program a m\u011b\u0159\u00ed hotov\u00e9 obrobky. Rotor jedn\u00e9 turb\u00edny je osazen n\u011bkdy a\u017e t\u0159iceti \u0159adami lopatek a v\u00a0jedn\u00e9 \u0159ad\u011b se nach\u00e1z\u00ed p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 70 \u2013 100 lopatek. Cel\u00fd mechanismus ot\u00e1\u010dej\u00edc\u00edho se lopatkov\u00e9ho kola mus\u00ed vydr\u017eet provozn\u00ed tlak 250 bar\u016f vodn\u00ed p\u00e1ry a p\u0159itom mus\u00ed turb\u00edna vydr\u017eet pracovat v\u00a0nep\u0159etr\u017eit\u00e9m provozu n\u011bkolik des\u00edtek let.
